Yoga and weights

Just so you know....not a good combo. I did a little bit of weights (seriously...it was just a little bit) before my yoga class on Tuesday. I was a tiny bit sore yesterday, but today, I can barely walk!!!! Pretty much every muscle hurts except my abs. Guess I need to work on those suckers. The price you pay for a hot bod. Well, the closest thing you can get to a hot bod after 3 kids. LOL!

I LOVE that feeling of achiness. I call it the pain of accomplishment. It means you are well on your way to that hot bod that we all dream of. And, if Heidi Klum can have it after 3 kids, why can't we? Good for you. Enjoy every sore muscle and just know that they are rebuilding themselves.

I agree iwth Elena...only I call it: it hurts so good! Really, you are building strength and that will help you feel sooo good! I was taking strength training this fall and I hurt so good everytime I went! I can hardly wait for our instructor to have her baby and come back to torture us again! I loved the difference I could feel physically and emotionally. You go girl!!

I so wish I was working out still. We canceled our Y membership just as you started yours. LOL But great job, and keep up the good work.

I just started working out again yesterday. I'm not just feeling the achiness today, I'm feeling down right pain. Horrible pain. It will pay off though. Keep it up!!

Where are you taking yoga and doing weights? I just joined QLS about a month agon, it is great.
