Most of our gatherings happen around eating.  Here we are at one of our favorites, Alamo Cafe.  Can you say "Sugar tortilla?"  YUMMY!!!!

Playing at the river (round 2)

Building a dam.  He even moved a huge log to help in the efforts.

Tubing with daddy.

He made this funny face in several pictures.  It cracks me up!

Playing at the river (round 1)

We went to visit my family this past weekend.  We spent a couple days at the river.  It was a blast!  (I've also updated the kids' blog, so don't forget to check it out).

My dad, step-mom and the kids.
Da boys.
Me & the hubby.

The hubby was on the phone with his mom for like 30 minutes.  It was funny seeing him talking away while wading in the river.

Grandpa & G.  Throwing rocks is da bomb!

We're having a.....

Another girl! We had our ultrasound today and it was turtle-free. She was a stubborn little girl and didn't want to show her stuff. The ultrasound tech had me rolling around to see if we could get a better peak and she didn't want to budge. Finally, with a lot of pushing on my gut and stuff, we were able to get a good enough shot to see her area. Everything looks great! We can't wait to meet her around Thanksgiving!

New color

The daughter of a lady at church was applying for a position as a stylist at a salon and needed a model to demonstrate her skills on. So I was the lucky one to be the model. :) My blonde roots were starting to creep in again, so I was in need of some touch ups anyways. Originally, she was just going to do partial highlights, but when I got there, she told me that she could do way more than that. Woohoo!!!! She touched up the red and put in two different shades of blonde in for highlights all throughout my hair. It came out awesome!!!! I also got it cut a little bit. All in all, it probably would have been at least $150 worth of work, but I got it for free! Sweet deal! She was so awesome, that I will be going back to her for my hair needs. Please excuse my lack of make up in the pic.

The Gut

I'm finally starting to get a baby bump. I'm 19 weeks now. We'll find out on the 15th what sex it is. Sorry for the cruddy pics, but it's hard to get a profile body shot.

I also posted picture from the 4th of July parade on the kids' blog.

Fun Flashbacks

Here are a few old pictures from high school/college days.  I think this first one is from when Heather came back from college one summer, probably the summer before the rest of our junior or senior year in high school.

The next two are from after our first year of college (I think) and Heather's third year.  Love my girls!
